Refund Policy

We care about your satisfaction and strive to deliver exactly what you order. Refunds are only applicable in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

To request a refund, please share clear photos or videos of the product within 24–48 hours of delivery for verification. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
