Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, please initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return the product within 3 days. We will deliver the replacement within 10 days.

– If the agricultural product you receive is damaged due to our handling, it will be eligible for return.
– If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, it will also be eligible for return.
– We ensure that all returns are processed promptly in case of any discrepancies or damages related to your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your replacement within 10 days.

Please note that returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products at the time of delivery.
